The two partners Nina Fisker and Niels Brun Hansen founded Nina Fisker Consult in 2014. The inspiration was that we wanted to work with resource saving products that would create a win-win situation: Economic benefits for the client, for the betterment of the environment, and exciting work for us.
Our commitment to this enterprise arose from our hands-on experience with eco-management systems. We perceived that there was an evident lack of consideration in current catering tendering for either energy efficiency or ecology. We realised that there is a win-win opportunity for caterers given the right advice. Firstly to enjoy operating cost savings and secondly, simultaneously, as good citizens, to benefit the environment. Our commitment is therefore to develop tools to demonstrate the benefits of energy efficiency hand in hand with preserving the environment.

Niels Brun Hansen
Niels was 2005-2013 chief of finance and of environment in an industrial kitchen firm with special responsibility for ISO 14001-certification, EMAS-registration and work with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)-models.
Niels is a Master of Science by education and has additional experience as chief of finance and administration at various companies.
Nina has worked with quality control almost her whole life. Latest 2010-2014 as a project coordinator in CSR, environment, and licitations. She has actively promoted CSR and environmental benefits as a sales argument for industrial kitchen appliances, and has shown the value of investing in equipment with a low energy requirement and long durability.
